Meal Plans and Services

Having trouble planning out your meals? Don't know what to eat for your body? Want some help? I love helping people adjust their dietary habits (I guess that's why I'm a nutrition student!) and learn what healthy eating looks like. Since I don't have my degree yet I have limited capabilities as to what I can offer, however I come prepared with a lot of knowledge and cheap prices :) I can customize meal plans based on your dietary needs, weight loss goals, and food allergies. All meal plans are sold by the week and come complete with ALL daily meals, recipes, shopping list, and personalized instructions from me. I can also add in some fitness routines based on your equipment and what is readily available to you. To the left is a quick guide I created for a client, and below is the full meal plan that is created weekly.

FAQ

  • What is different about your plans vs. other meal plans?

I don't create a one-size-fits-all meal plan and email it to all of my clients. I use your height, weight, age and health goals to create a customized plan. I also calculate your macros and tell you just how much protein, fat and carbs you should be consuming daily. I strive to make each meal simple yet delicious.

  • Wait...you're not a licensed nutritionist?

No, not yet which is why I won't recommend supplements or any drastic dietary changes. I am currently working on my degree though, and have professors to turn to for feedback and support should I have any questions or concerns.

  • How many people does this feed?

Just you. If your goal is to begin eating healthier, I want you to focus on you first. If this is a minor lifestyle change and you have a family that you are also cooking for, you may just double, triple, quadruple the recipes to feed them as well.

  • What if I go over or under my calorie allotment?

Not to worry! Studies show that counting every single calorie is actually counter productive since many people become obsessed and then quit if they don't see results. Since my focus is on holistic nutrition and whole foods, I try to teach my clients about healthy eating, not how to count calories. Over time, if you are feeding your body with the right foods, I guarantee you will see weight loss if that's your goal.

  • What if I'm a vegetarian? Or gluten free? Or paleo?

I can make a meal plan for any dietary needs.

  • How will you get me this information?

Via email. I use a nutrient analysis software to help me customize my plans, and I usually export them as PDF's and send them to your email account.

  • What about fitness?

I am currently a Beachbody coach, but that doesn't mean I will hassle you on our workout programs. If I think one fits I may suggest it, but that would be it. I can also create a fitness routine using your own body weight, HIIT cardio, a gym routine, etc.

  • How much do you charge?

$15 for a one-week plan or $50 for an entire month. If you are wanting a fitness routine, that would be an additional $5.
